Statement of Intent: Queen of Peace Curia Accountability
Purpose and Mission
This digital archive has been established to provide transparency and historical record for the Queen of Peace Curia, a Vietnamese Catholic ministry operating within the Diocese of Orange and the Diocese of San Bernardino.
As the President of this Curia from 2019 to 2022, my primary objective is to ensure that the pious intentions of the faithful—specifically regarding Mass offerings and ministry donations—are handled with the highest level of canonical and financial stewardship.
Core Objectives:
- Canonical Compliance: Ensuring all activities align with the Code of Canon Law regarding the administration of ecclesiastical goods.
- Transparency: Providing a clear record of leadership transitions and financial protocols during the 2019–2022 term.
- Collaboration: Serving as a resource for the Office of the Chancellor and Father Martin Hiep Nguyen (Spiritual Director) to verify membership and operational history.
